Worship Leaders Needed in Chandler and Phoenix

Reposting two opportunities for Worship Leaders:

St. George's Anglican Community is in need of some music support over the summer (beginning in June) as they transition from their current music leader. Their church services are at 5 pm on Sundays.

St. George's began three years ago and is an evangelical church ministering to downtown Phoenix. Their mission is to proclaim and live out the gospel of Jesus for the unchurched residents and to build a vibrant, reproducing community for the greater Phoenix area.

Jacob’s Well United Methodist Church

Worship Leader Position

Jacob’s Well, a new United Methodist Church plant located in Chandler, AZ, seeks a gifted Christian musician to lead our growing community of faith in worship. Above all, our church is praying for someone who is able to model, communicate and teach others how to praise God through song and prayer. Additionally, we hope that this person will be a part of our community (and not just lead worship) and play an active role in our leadership team.

Qualifications: ability to play guitar and sing, some experience in leading worship, a humble spirit, be creative and open to trying new songs and forms of worship.

Need/Frequency:

Beginning this June, 2011 – play 1-2x/month

Beginning September, 2011 – play 4x/month (every Sunday)
